Delivery times
• Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM If your order is placed, we will ship it the same day.
• The Netherlands: Usually delivered the next working day.
• Belgium: Delivery usually takes 1 additional business day.
• Other European countries: Within 2-4 working days.
• Outside Europe: Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Please contact us for more information.

Postage costs
• The Netherlands: €7.95 (free for orders over €50).
• Belgium: €9.95 (free for orders over €100).
• Other countries within Europe: Depending on the region.
• Outside Europe: €19.95 (fixed rate).

Insured shipping

All orders over €100 will be insured shipped and delivered with a signature for receipt. This way you can be sure that your package arrives safely.

Carriers
• Within the Netherlands: DHL.
• International: PostNL or an equivalent transport partner, depending on the country of destination.

Important information
• Delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to holidays, inventory, or possible carrier delays.
• We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
• During holidays, such as New Year's Day, King's Day and Christmas, we do not ship orders.
