Packaging and Shipping

1. Upon receipt of the product, the customer must check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the delivery person. If the packaging appears to be opened or damaged, it is essential that the customer immediately records this by having the delivery person make a note. Without this recording, PETLUX premium cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product.

2. If the customer chooses to arrange the transport of a product themselves, it is important that any visible damage to the product or packaging is reported to PETLUX premium before transport. Failure to provide this notification will result in the expiry of PETLUX premium's liability for any damage that may occur during transport.
